The house is made up of one double room, a bathroom with shower unit and washing machine, and a living area with a kitchenette and sofa bed. The large garden in front of the house is equipped with wooden table and chairs to eat ourside.
The house is located just 3 km from the centre of the nearby village of San Vito Chietino, which you can get to along a cycle path just 100 m from the house, or by car along the local roads.

Renting price includes total costs for electricity, gas, general cleaning before arrival and after departure, bedlinen and towels with weekly change, the use of the full furnished kitchen. Parking next to the house. No animals are allowed.
