Located at the heart of the Il Gelso estate, and surrounded by a large garden and ancient mulberry tree, Matilde House is a new house, designed to match the style of the older buildings on the estate.
This one-storey house leads out onto a large portico overlooking the gardens, with fine woodlands and vineyards at the back.
The house is made up of one double room, a bathroom with shower unit and washing machine, and a large living area with a kitchenette and sofa bed. The large portico in front of the house is surrounded by gardens.
Casa Matilde is located just 3 km from the centre of the nearby village of San Vito Chietino, which you can get to along a cycle path just 100 m from the house, or by car along the local roads.

The house is a self-catering unit, with a fully-equipped kitchen at our guests’ disposal. AIR CONDITIONING in the lounge area.
Renting price includes total costs for electricity, gas, general cleaning before arrival and after departure, bedlinen and towels with weekly change, the use of the full furnished kitchen. Parking next to the house. No animals are allowed.
